3-14.....Meeting Update

Dear 'For A More Perfect Union' members and onlookers,

Monday's meeting was another important step moving us ever forward to making

a significant difference in the way progressives message and enroll and inspire the public to action.

11 people came to the meeting - 4 were new - and we are up to over 60 people who have either been

to meetings, or indicated their interest and willingness to support our work.

We are working on coming up with the next meeting date - this time we are looking at

a Saturday or Sunday meeting time - morning or evening.

Please respond as to which work for you or if these never do.

Marvin has also created a blog to foster easier communication and a place where each person can post

a thought or opinion about how we can best reach our goals. If you DON'T want to be invited to the blog please

let me know - otherwise you will receive an e-mail inviting you to go there and sign up.

Michelle Molin - owner of www.organiccommunications.com has undertaken to come up with a brand strategy

and Jan Guarino of www.guarinographics.com is assisting with the graphics. That means we will have a web site

in the near future. In the mean time more great ideas for 30 second to 4 minute video have been presented.

In the meantime Marianne Taylor, who has been working on creating the database for our distribution network -

which will guarantee that what is produced will be seen by millions - and not by luck on You Tube - needs 2-3

volunteers to research associations who are in alignment with our cause. If you can spend 1-2 hours a week please let

me know and I will give you the resources to go to and Marianne's contact info.

As soon as the site is finished we will need volunteers to do the following -

We have a resource which lists close to 100 production companies in the tri-state area alone -

small and large - with e-mails and phone numbers.

As per Rona's suggestion 2-3 volunteers will begin calling these companies to see if they are willing to undertake

the production of one of the 4-5 concepts we have, with particular deadlines for completion.

Their answers will be a simple Yes or No. With our promise of distribution many companies will be happy

to get involved with something meaningful to them on a personal level and also good for them on a professional level.

Yes, We Will!

Warmly,

Stefan
